Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sound understanding of EY Global and local conflict policies and apply them effectively to real-life situations.
- Conduct initial reviews of conflict check submissions received from client-serving teams.
- Identify all relevant entities associated with engagements and perform detailed analysis.
- Review findings to determine potential conflicts and compliance concerns.
- Share best practices and assist seniors in creating and improving training materials.
- Escalate issues promptly and appropriately whenever required.
- Prepare suitable conflict safeguards for client-serving teams to ensure adherence to the firm’s ethical obligations.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the firm’s structure, business strategies, and service lines.
- Achieve individual and team targets by delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Post-graduate degree from a reputed institute.
- Preferably, an international certification in Enterprise Risk Management or a similar qualification.
- 0–12 months of experience in the same domain or a related profile.
- Exposure to handling international clients or customer interactions is preferred.
