Key Responsibilities:
- Review intake submissions and business use cases, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development/IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Provide guidance to internal customers on project feasibility and furnish stakeholders and functional leaders with information to support effective decision-making.
- Assist in managing all project management functions, including scheduling, estimating, forecasting, risk management, budget monitoring, cost reporting, and impact measurement, to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across business organizations.
- Consult with business leaders to collaborate on outcomes related to strategy, objectives, financial analysis, business value, and ROI.
- Manage intake processes, agile practices, and feedback mechanisms.
- Advise internal customers on what is feasible within given timelines and provide stakeholders with insights to guide decisions.
- Define the scope of actionable projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, scoping documents, and reporting documentation.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope to ensure alignment with objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong consultative mindset with a proven ability to partner with business customers, understand their needs, and collaborate on impactful solutions, preferably in the Digital Adoption space.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) or Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and team leadership skills.
- Broad knowledge across both business and technical domains.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Superior documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong data-driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in diverse working environments.
