Key Responsibilities:
- Design thoughtful, simple, and elegant solutions to address customer problems.
- Contribute to UI and UX design across product journeys, including new feature development and refinement of existing flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Apply user research, product thinking, and data insights to guide design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and refine designs based on input.
- Gain hands-on experience in delivering high-quality design at scale within a fast-growing product team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to showcase design thinking and problem-solving through a portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance projects.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn continuously.
- Strong focus on balancing usability, aesthetics, and performance in design.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma to visually and interactively express ideas.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and a drive to continuously improve skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with real users or conducting user research.
- Familiarity with data-driven design and defining impact metrics for design outcomes.
- Prior experience through internships, freelance work, or projects in a B2C product environment.
