Key Responsibilities:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess a BA/BS degree (required).
  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with workflow systems and tools, including Thomson Reuters products, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Calabrio, and Tableau.
  • Have 2+ years of progressive experience in training and/or quality (preferred).
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and proven leadership experience.
  • Deliver high-quality output consistently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Manage time effectively with exceptional self-direction and prioritization skills.
  • Apply a creative and innovative approach to meeting evolving customer support and quality needs.
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms, with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities.
