Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a BA/BS degree (required).
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with workflow systems and tools, including Thomson Reuters products, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Calabrio, and Tableau.
- Have 2+ years of progressive experience in training and/or quality (preferred).
- Exhibit strong business acumen and proven leadership experience.
- Deliver high-quality output consistently, even under tight deadlines.
- Manage time effectively with exceptional self-direction and prioritization skills.
- Apply a creative and innovative approach to meeting evolving customer support and quality needs.
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms, with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities.
