Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, management, and workplace analysis across strategic initiatives for a designated JLL client in alignment with the Portfolio & Strategic Planning team.
- Provide trends, business insights, opportunities, and recommendations through advanced data analysis within the holistic portfolio ecosystem.
- Transform and communicate workplace data streams into actionable, clear, and insightful recommendations.
- Utilize available data resources to compile reports, process requests, and perform quality assurance on dashboards and databases.
- Collect and summarize datasets to support decision-making and identify what data is needed for analysis.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of employee workplace needs and the requirements of different business groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and report findings effectively.
- Identify and evaluate critical data sources to gather relevant business information.
- Present data-driven insights and findings to stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Review analyses to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Contribute innovative ideas and support senior team members in developing new datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Build and maintain continuous reporting systems to highlight key business trends and improvement opportunities.
- Establish trusted relationships across business lines and serve as a liaison between teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics, projects, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Act as a central aggregator of workplace planning activities, business insights, and portfolio data.
- Apply knowledge of employee experience and workplace dynamics (space/place) to inform strategies.
- Develop and present tailored data insights for specific audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with IWMS/CAFM software applications such as Archibus, Serraview, and Tririga.
- Strong background in data management, with preference for experience handling HR/organizational data and real estate space-related data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Visier.
- Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into strategic deliverables.
- High level of computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
