Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers, external users, and developers to gather, clarify, and finalize requirements, and prepare corresponding functional specifications for applications and infrastructure.
- Work with software developers to design and implement applications using Java, including required enhancements.
- Maintain and enhance applications continuously based on user and customer feedback.
- Ensure automation of unit and system tests in line with quality assurance requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to define and implement regression test suites.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to meet business and environmental goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MCA, BE, or B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication (ECE).
- Knowledge of Infor Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) development along with Core Java skills is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and Spring framework.
- Willingness to learn new proprietary languages as per project requirements.
- Ability to develop Java code independently.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE development, including build and deployment.
- Strong object-oriented software design and architectural skills.
- Proficiency in working with RDBMS databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards such as SAML and OAuth.
- Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Experience across all phases of the software development life cycle, with emphasis on performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Preferred Skills:
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute to other functions (e.g., QA, Operations) when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to deliver results effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, test-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
