Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets to address business problems, applying advanced analytical methods where necessary.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct planning sessions and review key performance metrics to support business improvements.
- Identify appropriate metrics to measure progress against defined business goals.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate business hypotheses.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-serve platforms.
- Develop impactful business insights and craft compelling stories aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy by providing feedback and enhancing instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1 year of core analytics experience.
- Prior experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.
