Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of automation test scripts.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand requirements and design test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application quality.
- Debug test failures, analyze logs, and report defects in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
- Write and execute basic SQL queries for database validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Python programming, including loops, functions, and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL queries for performing data validation.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, both manual and automation.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman and REST API.
