Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and delivering insights to support key business initiatives.
• Provide inputs for monthly reviews of expenses and capital during the budgeting and forecasting process, and analyze variances with operational analytics and insights.
• Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain in-depth knowledge of company operations and business activities.
• Support business operations by closing books, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies while maintaining the integrity of internal and external reporting.
• Apply foundational financial principles and contribute to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Support priority projects under guidance, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and share information through standardized reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may also be considered.
• Typically 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, and Financial Services.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Knowledge of Internal Controls, Investments, Profit and Loss (P&L) Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Variance Analysis.
• Ability to conduct Data Analysis and drive Process Improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP applications and automation tools.
• Sound understanding of Economics and financial market concepts.
