Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics on Digital Acquisition experiences across international markets to optimize customer experiences.
- Define and establish key KPIs to measure acquisition journey performance and success.
- Support the design and development of new products and capabilities.
- Present experiment results, uncovering insights and learnings that drive further optimization of the customer journey.
- Develop a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and platforms, ensuring that analytical insights are both relevant and actionable.
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis by mining digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data to provide analytical and decision-making support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong programming skills, with experience in Big Data programming languages (e.g., Hive, Spark), Python, and SQL.
- Experience in large-scale data processing and handling; understanding of data science concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and encourage collaboration and alignment among partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured and complex business problems, and the ability to articulate key findings to senior leaders and partners in a concise manner.
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques for experimentation and hypothesis testing, including regression, t-test, and chi-square test.
