Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Execute high-priority, cross-functional, and high-impact projects to create robust and scalable analytics solutions and frameworks in collaboration with Analytics/BIE managers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business, engineering, and partner teams, to ensure alignment on focus areas.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to provide context for BIEs in developing ETL processes and visualization solutions.
- Perform user acceptance testing and business validation of dashboards and reports, ensuring that BIE-created solutions meet operational needs and are effectively utilized by site managers and operations teams.
- Monitor business performance metrics and operational KPIs to proactively identify emerging analytical requirements, collaborating with BIEs to rapidly develop solutions that address real-time operational challenges in a dynamic AI-enhanced fulfillment environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to generate business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages.
- Familiarity with Python, VBA, Macros, and Selenium scripts.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence, with prior exposure to designing and executing analytical projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with AI tools.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and other AWS technologies for managing large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for addressing unstructured problems, including extracting data from various sources, designing, constructing, and executing complex analyses, and delivering actionable data/reports to solve business problems.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to contribute effectively to group discussions and explain complex solutions.
- Ability to apply analytical, computational, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in responding to deadlines and changing workflows.
