Eligibility Criteria:
- Set up and operate machines to assemble and process individual products.
- Handle established processes and process parameters accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality instructions at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining 6S standards and support Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Enhance skill levels by working with different coils and improving operational expertise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics with a minimum of 70% throughout academics.
- No active backlogs.
- Eligible for candidates from the 2025 passing-out batch only.
