Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce business requirements to inform future state design and support teams in understanding requirements and their alignment with the overall domain strategy.
  • Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
  • Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and team members to gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing system documentation to summarize current system functionality relevant to the assigned work.
  • Support the identification and prioritization of team activities based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess or be pursuing a relevant Business Analyst certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, macros, queries, databases, Oracle, SQL, SQL Developer, data model creation, FSD creation, and ServiceNow.
  • Minimum of four years of experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT function.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written interactions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end application decommissioning processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with record management and legal processes (preferred).
  • Understanding of retention policies and retention period requirements (preferred).
