Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems and data requirements into low-complexity analyses and actionable recommendations using data research capabilities.
- Develop standard, customized, and ad hoc reports to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Update project logs, prepare monthly budget forecasts, and contribute to newsletters or operational review reports.
- Participate in projects by assisting systems support teams with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production or issuance-related issues.
- Support the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to improve process accuracy, efficiency, and reduce risk of errors.
- Conduct data and business research projects, including secondary research, testing, and results-oriented analysis.
- Work under supervisor guidance while exercising independent judgment and collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Partner with consultants or program managers on project-related tasks such as project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Analytics, or equivalent through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Applied Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or Business/Social and Behavioral Sciences with a quantitative focus.
- At least 6 months of experience working with large relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or Teradata.
- At least 6 months of experience developing complex SQL queries and working in other coding environments.
- At least 6 months of experience building Alteryx workflows, Power BI dashboards, Tableau reports, and other structured visualization or automation tools.
- Experience in maintaining and creating efficient data solutions to support insights and reporting.
- Experience with Treasury Management products or Commercial Banking (preferred).
- Partner management experience with the ability to drive results, provide constructive feedback, and build relationships with leaders and team members across geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
