Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify comprehensive data on market participants using publicly available sources such as websites, news articles, public registries, and filings to ensure accurate insights and complete data coverage.
- Conduct regular data cleansing to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
- Perform routine reporting and basic trend analysis to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes using SQL and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Leverage GenAI tools for exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data collection processes to ensure compliance and enable future reference.
- Achieve individual and team targets by meeting predefined goals with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of new data collection methods and product enhancements aligned with market needs.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide support to team members to encourage collaboration.
- Participate in workflow and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall team performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and quantitative skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements in data collection and reporting.
- Exposure to Lean principles or automation tools is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including GenAI.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in conducting secondary research and online thematic research.
- Certified and experienced in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and collaborative team environments.
- Basic project management skills to support ad-hoc projects.
- Strong interest in market trends with the ability to analyze market dynamics.
