Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in contact centres by responding to and investigating queries.
- Offer guidance on business processes, policies, and procedures while developing a strong understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements.
- Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with operational centres, providing coaching and support to improve efficiency and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, log incidents, and identify recurring trends.
- Review manual or inefficient processes to recommend automation or enhancements.
- Maintain a strong focus on improving customer service and overall customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates (2023 or 2024 pass-outs) with a degree in B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc (Non-IT), Mass Communication, or Journalism.
Required Skills:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
- Experience in analyzing and utilizing performance data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and simply.
- Understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
