Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and delivering insights to support key business initiatives.
- Contribute to the monthly review of expenses and capital during the budgeting and forecasting process, and analyze variances using operational analytics and insights.
- Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes, operations, and business structure.
- Support business operations by closing books, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and the integrity of both internal and external reporting.
- Apply foundational principles to projects by conducting research and data analysis, and provide regular updates on progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Support priority projects under guidance, maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and share information through standardized reporting formats.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience/demonstrated competence.
- 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of auditing processes and standards.
- Experience in automation of financial processes.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis.
- Knowledge of economic principles and market trends.
