Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize NLP-driven AI solutions using advanced models and techniques such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), embeddings, and summarization.
- Build and productionize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic workflows to enable intelligent, context-aware applications.
- Fine-tune, perform prompt engineering, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Falcon, and LLaMA for domain-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and cloud architects to develop scalable, AI-first systems.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party models, APIs, and open-source libraries for generative AI use cases.
- Continuously monitor and enhance model performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Implement observability, performance monitoring, and explainability features for deployed models.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise-level standards for reliability, traceability, and maintainability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in AI/ML with knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, fine-tuning methods such as LoRA and PEFT, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience in designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and working with multi-step agent architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers (Hugging Face), LlamaIndex, and Smol Agents.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning observability and explainability tools such as TruEra, Arize, and WhyLabs.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ML services including AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure ML Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience in integrating LLM-based agents into production environments.
- Understanding of real-time NLP challenges, including streaming, latency optimization, and multi-turn dialogues.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, function calling, and orchestration tools for agent-based systems.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and AWS CDK, along with DevOps practices for AI pipelines.
- Domain knowledge in Electrification, Energy, or Industrial AI is a strong advantage.
