Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify comprehensive data on market participants using publicly available sources, including websites, news articles, public registries, and filings, to ensure accurate insights and complete data coverage.
- Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain accuracy and consistency in datasets through regular review and refinement.
- Perform routine reporting and basic trend analysis to produce reports highlighting actionable trends.
- Automate data collection and reporting tasks using SQL and Lean methodologies to improve process efficiency.
- Leverage Generative AI tools for exploratory data analysis to extract deeper insights for informed decision-making.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data collection processes to ensure compliance and facilitate future reference.
- Achieve individual and team targets by meeting predefined goals with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Provide input for developing new data collection methods and product enhancements aligned with market needs.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and support team members by resolving discrepancies and fostering collaboration.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall team performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and quantitative skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in data collection and reporting.
- Exposure to Lean principles or experience with automation tools is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including Generative AI.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in secondary research and thematic online research.
- Certification and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Initiative and resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and collaborate in team environments.
- Basic project management skills to handle ad-hoc projects.
- Interest in market trends with the ability to analyze market dynamics.
