Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve production issues by conducting code-level debugging and performing root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Service teams, Product Development, and Technical Leads to address and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Develop and deliver patches, hotfixes, and minor enhancements for deployed software solutions.
- Create clear and concise documentation for bug fixes, support processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in global support calls and provide timely assistance for critical incidents.
- Work closely with customer-facing support teams to monitor the performance of the Portrait Mobile Solutions product and evaluate results using defined performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in software development and support roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, including expertise in multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in code-level debugging using tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, JDB, or remote debuggers.
- Familiarity with log analysis tools and techniques such as Splunk or the ELK stack.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git, along with build tools and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
