Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that improve overall effectiveness.
- Design and implement business strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive business plans outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback for process enhancements.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in business process analysis and design.
- Proficient in business analysis and planning techniques.
- Solid understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications Required:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
