Key Responsibilities:
Product Engineering:
- Software & Platform Engineering roles focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining software, infrastructure, and systems that support the organization’s products and services.
- Engineers contribute across the full software and infrastructure lifecycle to deliver applications that are usable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Quality Engineering roles combine technical and business knowledge to uncover system weaknesses, ensure clear and complete requirements, and deliver robust solutions aligned with client needs.
- These roles ensure the development of resilient and trustworthy products through proactive validation and testing.
- Reliability Engineering roles are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to system performance and availability.
- Reliability Engineers develop tools and implement strategies to prevent issues before they occur and enable quick recovery from failures, ensuring consistent platform and service reliability.
- Cyber Security roles are tasked with protecting systems, networks, and data from security threats by assessing risks and designing robust security controls.
- These roles ensure security is embedded throughout the development lifecycle, in compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Service Engineering:
- Service Management roles manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of services—from onboarding to live production—using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- These roles ensure services align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and internal service governance standards.
- They focus on maintaining operational consistency across the organization.
- Service Operations roles are dedicated to ensuring systems and services operate with high availability and optimal performance.
- Engineers monitor infrastructure, respond to issues promptly, and collaborate across teams to ensure services remain online and recover efficiently from failures.
Quantitative Analytics:
- Data Science roles involve applying statistical, analytical, and computational techniques to create models, develop tools, and generate actionable insights for solving real-world problems.
- Both Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers are responsible for operationalizing, scaling, and integrating models into robust products and systems.
- Financial Engineering roles focus on developing and implementing models that assist in pricing, managing, and analyzing financial products and risks.
- Financial Engineers use mathematical modeling, programming, and financial domain knowledge to deliver accurate and reliable outputs and integrate these models into financial data systems and transaction platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student expected to graduate by August 2026.
- Currently pursuing a degree in BE/BTech (Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering) or MCA.
- Must have a minimum of 7.5 CGPA consistently across academics (10th, 12th, UG/PG).
- Should not have any active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding.
- Job location will be either Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
