Key Responsibilities:
- Generate standard market and financial reports on a regular basis, and identify and resolve issues impacting report accuracy.
- Handle complex ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Actively participate in the revenue and financial planning processes.
- Ensure an effective review mechanism is established and maintained for the respective teams.
- Develop new reports and enhance existing ones by automating report preparation wherever possible.
- Mentor, guide, and train junior analysts and newly onboarded team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting and other accounting processes.
- A degree in B.Com, BBM (with finance and accounts specialization), or M.Com.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of core accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis, data-driven thinking, and problem-solving.
- Sound understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of financial reporting objectives and related process flows.
- Ability to analyze numerical data and draw meaningful inferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to mentor and support junior team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
