Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, and user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards to support analytical and business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify key drivers impacting the Localization business.
- Analyze critical metrics to uncover underlying trends and determine root causes of business issues.
- Propose and develop new metrics and analytical frameworks to provide deeper business insights.
- Identify and capture the most relevant metrics to influence stakeholder decisions and measure business success.
- Build domain expertise and apply it to solve operational challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize data needs and deliver timely reports and insights.
- Implement and adhere to best practices in data reporting and analysis, including ensuring data integrity, designing tests, performing validation, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in defining business requirements and utilizing data and metrics to generate actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
- Proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make sound assumptions, conduct insightful analysis, and draw conclusions aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation tasks.
- Exposure to ETL processes and familiarity with AWS services such as Redshift and S3.
- Expertise in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries to analyze large and complex datasets efficiently.
