Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take full ownership of code from design and implementation to test automation and final delivery.
- Design user-friendly software that enables customers to easily extend and customize functionality to suit their specific needs.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products and features while continuously improving the existing product suite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to integrate or critically evaluate the use of AI in work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and analysis of AI-driven insights.
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, with a focus on code reusability and component-based development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and performance/scalability considerations.
- Practical experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong analytical and software design skills.
- Proficiency in using development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, and Unix/system administration utilities, including tools like ServiceNow and profilers.
