Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day budget activities, including reviewing and coding expenses, monitoring transaction flows, and reconciling accounts to the ledger.
- Assist the Finance Manager/Controller with monthly forecasting and book closure processes.
- Coordinate monthly reporting tasks such as travel and expense (T&E) reports, headcount reports, and provide additional support to Controllers/Finance Managers as needed.
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc financial analysis and real-time cost monitoring.
- Manage the monthly headcount reconciliation process and reporting for travel, meetings, and other key cost drivers.
- Gain proficiency in using DTTL reporting tools and systems, including SAP BW.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or operations, preferably within multinational or global organizations.
- Educational qualification in MBA Finance or a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Proficient, or able to quickly become proficient, in DTTL financial systems such as SAP ECC, BW, and others as required.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Familiarity with financial and operational metrics/KPIs commonly used in professional services firms.
