Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technology for Operations (TFO) team to deliver innovative and secure technology solutions that support clients in building intelligent operating models.
- Work in partnership with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify client needs and develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute to major sub-deals such as Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation.
- Identify, analyze, and document specific business requirements related to processes, organizational systems, and applications.
- Map business needs to technology solutions, ensuring alignment with defined business problems.
- Define the scope, timelines, and resource requirements for assigned projects.
- Solve routine problems by referring to existing guidelines and established procedures.
- Interact primarily within your immediate team and report directly to your supervisor.
- Follow detailed instructions for new tasks and moderately detailed instructions for routine assignments.
- Make decisions that primarily impact your own area of work.
- Act as an individual contributor within a focused and predetermined area of responsibility.
- Be open to working in rotational shifts, as required by the role.
