Key Responsibilities:
Digital Technologies:
- Deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that are Digital, Cloud Native, and Open Source for global clients.
- Contribute to a globally integrated digital architecture and engineering team with expertise in experience design, UI development, and design thinking.
- Participate in full-stack development using technologies like .Net, Java, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Work on emerging technologies including Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, drones, cloud computing, and DevSecOps.
- Utilize industrialized, agile-based methods and collaborate with global teams to provide cost-effective digital solutions.
Testing Services:
- Ensure the quality and robustness of software products through comprehensive testing practices.
- Perform a wide range of testing services, including Business/User Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT).
- Apply a combination of functional, technical, and process-based testing skills to enhance product reliability and performance.
Data & Analytics:
- Leverage cross-sector and domain expertise to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
- Work across a wide array of technical areas including Information Management (IM), Business Intelligence (BI), Advanced Analytics (AA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Use data, cloud platforms, and AI to help clients make informed business decisions.
Oracle Services:
- Provide end-to-end project implementation using Oracle and IBM products.
- Use proven methodologies, accelerators, and tools to drive Risk and Finance transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain solutions using SQL/PL SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python, IBM Maximo, and Oracle Utilities.
- Offer consulting services to optimize existing reporting processes using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
SAP Services:
- Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end SAP services from strategy and architecture to production deployment.
- Assist clients in finance, HR, supply chain, and procurement transformations.
- Provide expertise in technology implementation, enterprise applications, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technologies.
Banking and Capital Market Services:
- Drive transformation of tax and finance functions in banking through AI, ML, and digital platforms.
- Support global clients on core banking platforms and digital transformation projects such as deposit system replacement and lending/leasing modernization.
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture initiatives, including containerization and modern deployment models.
Wealth and Asset Management:
- Deliver innovative services to both global and domestic asset management clients.
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability through technology-enabled transformations.
- Lead front and back office re-platforming efforts using AI, ML, Blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
Insurance Transformation:
- Assist insurance clients in navigating macroeconomic challenges through tech-enabled transformation programs.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for P&C (General), Life & Health Insurers, Reinsurers, and Insurance Brokers.
- Integrate emerging technologies like IoT, autonomous vehicles, and Blockchain into core insurance processes.
Cybersecurity Services:
- Help clients identify and quantify cyber risks, prioritize cybersecurity investments, and build resilient systems.
- Integrate security, privacy, and resilience into digital initiatives from inception.
- Advise senior management, boards, and regulators on cybersecurity strategy and compliance.
Technology Risk:
- Support IT Risk and Assurance engagements through technical contributions and relationship building.
- Identify and escalate business opportunities and engagement risks to senior team members.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships while contributing to internal projects and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in IT, Computer Science, or any Circuit branches.
- Minimum academic score of 60% and above throughout.
- No active academic backlogs at the time of application.

- Prior internship experience in a relevant technology domain is considered an added advantage.
