Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics initiatives by applying advanced data visualization and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and manage accurate data models, metrics, and analytical outputs for cross-functional stakeholders, employing normalization techniques to optimize data structure and minimize redundancy and anomalies.
- Maintain, enhance, and customize dashboards and workflows using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and other departments to gain deep insights into business processes, challenges, and customer requirements.
- Define and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead analytical projects, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor junior analysts to build team capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Highly Preferred: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or relevant certifications such as CAP, DASCA, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent.
Work Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of overall experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, and relational database concepts.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficient in DAX for creating complex calculations, custom measures, and calculated columns.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Row Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to manage data access based on user roles.
- Skilled in using Alteryx to build and manage efficient ETL workflows, ensuring data accuracy through validation and cleansing techniques.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles, including entities, relationships, keys, normalization, and modeling techniques such as ER diagrams, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in data analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is considered an added advantage.
- Programming experience is a plus and will be beneficial for automation and advanced data handling tasks.
