Key Responsibilities:
UAT Planning and Strategy:
- Define the scope, objectives, and approach for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Identify potential risks related to UAT and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.
UAT Execution and Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of UAT test cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with testing objectives.
- Coordinate with partner teams to secure necessary support and resources for successful UAT execution.
- Monitor UAT progress, track key metrics, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure of defects.
- Manage the order progression process during the UAT phase.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the UAT process.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new testers to equip them with the skills and knowledge required for successful test execution.
- Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and other impacted stakeholders during test planning and execution phases.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of UAT results, including executed test cases, scenarios, and any identified defects or issues.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive UAT reports outlining progress, defect status, and overall testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
