Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in conducting process consulting, internal audits, risk consulting, and executing other Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services (GRCS) solutions.
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients in alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, manage associated risks, and ensure timely communication with key stakeholders regarding status and outcomes.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of accounting principles and business processes, with the ability to quickly adapt to new information and practices.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in advisory service offerings and relevant industry trends.
- Be willing and available to travel to client locations across India and internationally, as required by project needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with degrees such as BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM, or similar, with 0–2 years of relevant experience in audit, business, or related sectors.
- Chartered Accountants (CA) from an accredited institution are also eligible.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analytics; familiarity with advanced data analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within team environments.
- Fundamental understanding of IT systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Capability to perform under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and adapt to challenging client environments, which may require extended working hours.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally for extended periods.
- Demonstrates high standards of integrity, ethical behavior, and strong professional values.
