Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Tesco Online systems to maintain efficient van and slot scheduling and support overall online capacity planning.
- Adhere to the Business Code of Conduct by consistently acting with integrity and due diligence.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and apply Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques to implement solutions.
- Complete tasks and transactions within agreed-upon critical metrics and timelines.
- Ensure delivery of operational metrics at the required levels of quality and accuracy by following the quality framework.
- Stay updated with process changes and adapt work accordingly.
- Recommend and implement updates to Tesco’s Scheduling System to support the growth of online operations.
- Demonstrate a high level of online systems proficiency to suggest and enable effective order scheduling and fleet operations.
- Set up new Dotcom departments in existing stores by coordinating with Store teams, GHS country teams, and Technology teams.
- Analyze seasonal trends, recommend improvements, and implement changes to support seasonal activities.
- Analyze and recommend optimal van requirements for individual stores.
- Actively participate in projects supporting Tesco’s online growth plan.
- Perform regular system checks to ensure all settings are accurate and functioning as intended.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in online operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently with speed and precision.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Basic numeracy and arithmetic skills.
- Fundamental logical reasoning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of data management, including SQL and query writing.
