Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting onboarding team, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with project goals.
- Expand Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Translate business objectives into clear, high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes and develop detailed playbooks to support scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparation of test cases and validation of results.
- Provide support to global regulatory reporting teams by resolving queries related to EBA reporting frameworks such as COREP and FINREP.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering teams.
- Perform gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and report validation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Basic financial product knowledge, with a strong understanding of trade and transaction lifecycles as well as regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and write clear functional specifications.
- Experience working with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EBA reporting such as COREP and FINREP.
- A solid track record of conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing detailed test cases and collaborating with developers and business users to ensure smooth implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Axiom platform and its application in regulatory reporting.
- Previous experience supporting global finance systems within a fintech company or regulated financial institution.
