Key Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, wireframes, and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed specifications.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders regarding program strategies and plans, and negotiate quality solutions.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and key elements; form project teams and establish project budgets.
- Create Epics, User Stories, and Tasks to support project delivery.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending necessary actions.
- Handle changing requirements and perform effective GAP analysis.
- Review QA test cases and perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.
- Provide user references by writing and maintaining user documentation, offering help desk support, and training users as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Hands-on experience and understanding of technology tools such as Balsamiq, Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel, Word, Visio, Jira, TFS, and MS Project.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology, with exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities and project management practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of the Tax or Finance domain.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt your work style to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
