Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Positioning:
- Support all network reporting leads and Finance Business Partners by providing analytics and insights from various data sources, including Jupiter and SWIFT (the firm’s CRM and ERP systems).
- Deliver meaningful and actionable insights, along with advice and recommendations, on key components such as Revenue, Sales, and Pipeline.
- Become a super user of Jupiter, leveraging its data, reports, and dashboards to drive insights.
- Develop expertise in SWIFT profitability reporting attributes and gain a deep understanding of the Client/Engagement ecosystem.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Work closely with USI Team Leads, Network Points of Contact, and other key US leaders to generate and distribute customized regular and ad-hoc reports using Hana, Jupiter, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Create, build, and deliver specific customized reports as required by business needs.
- Analyze large data sets and develop meaningful analytical snapshots.
- Gain proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, explore and learn the firm’s financial systems, and identify best practices for reporting and analytics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a quantitative and analytical background is preferred; an MBA in Finance or a related field is desirable.
Key competencies:
- Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Should have good knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Requires a solid understanding of automation tools like VBA and SQL.
- Ability to collect, clean, and analyze data sets using Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with reporting processes and practices.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality analysis and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills.
