Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data modeling, big data development, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development, storage engineering, data warehousing, and data provisioning.
- Develop Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and cloud solutions with a focus on data stores and related ecosystems.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop business intelligence or database tools to extract data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
- Create specifications and transformation jobs to structure data appropriately and conduct analyses to validate data accuracy and quality.
- Develop segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analyses to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill ad hoc and standard reporting requests.
- Identify appropriate data sources, metrics, and tools to deliver required information in line with client requests.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a major in Computer Science.
- Experience working with a cloud platform tool, such as Azure.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, or QlikView.
- Experience in a similar role or domain, such as HR Analytics, an HR vertical, or a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to HR data and PeopleSoft tables.
- Hands-on knowledge of data transformations and data quality processes.
- Understanding of database architecture, engineering, design, optimization, security, and administration.
- Familiarity with various HR analytics datasets and metrics, including but not limited to demographics, hires and turnover, DEI, and survey data.
- Well-versed in data engineering concepts and data analysis techniques.
