Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Global Head.
- Provide oversight of performance management across various markets and centers.
- Support global strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and introducing automation to workflows.
- Facilitate the organization of the monthly governance forum and assist in all aspects of team communications and engagement.
- Develop and implement a robust engagement strategy that aligns with Group strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate town halls and management offsites, managing logistics and ensuring that talking points align with Group and strategic messaging.
- Take responsibility for modeling and report production, working with large and complex data sets.
- Engage in stakeholder management by building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Investigate issues thoroughly with meticulous attention to detail, and communicate findings clearly, consistently, and appropriately for the audience.
- Ensure that processes implemented within the Global Private Banking team are robust, transparent, and fit for purpose to support the team’s success.
- Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of the complex global business landscape and the evolving regulatory environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting aspects with a moderate level of knowledge of investment, banking, insurance, and credit products offered by Global Private Banking.
- Beneficial to have knowledge of operational processes, trading activities, and overall business operations.
- Ability to support the management of programmes, projects, and governance forums, representing the team effectively when required.
- Highly professional approach with the competence to work independently and drive key Global Private Banking product and service-related projects.
- Ability to exercise any delegated authorities with appropriate care and diligence.
