Eligibility Criteria:

  • Perform all steps of an analytics assignment, from fundamental to advanced statistical techniques, including data and business value exploration, data structuring, modeling, problem solving, and providing recommendations within the Quality team.
  • Develop and implement methodologies to support Product Quality Leaders in detecting emerging issues, forecasting, and predicting quality and uptime performance.
  • Work with various data sources, including but not limited to warranty data, logged vehicle data, customer data, manufacturing data, and high-resolution truck data.
  • Deliver all steps of the analytics process independently while also building a strong network and collaborating closely with colleagues in Europe, India, and Brazil on various initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists during the implementation and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Have experience in problem-solving within a technically focused quality organization.
  • Be highly skilled in using Power BI.
  • Demonstrate experience with relevant technical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics Cloud, Jupyter Notebook, and Apache Spark.
  • Possess knowledge of unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques, including algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, or anomaly detection (e.g., K-means, Random Forest).
  • Have excellent communication skills in English.
