Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research customer receivables account delinquencies to determine the appropriate communication methods to facilitate payment.
- Resolve disputes related to customer payments on delinquent accounts and negotiate to secure timely payments from customers.
- Identify trends in non-payment and collaborate with internal partners to address and resolve underlying issues.
- Apply a strategic approach to collection activities by influencing customer payment behavior, developing key relationships with customers and partners, utilizing resources effectively, and driving resolution.
- Reduce account cycle time by increasing portfolio effectiveness.
- Minimize write-offs and bad debts through early identification and management of high-risk receivables.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities by setting an example through performance and actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold a first-level university degree with a focus in commerce, finance, or accounting.
- Requires 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
- Should be comfortable working US shifts.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possesses intermediate written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
- Has intermediate problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Able to prioritize tasks with intermediate-level prioritization skills.
- Understands basic risk mitigation tools.
- Has intermediate understanding of HP’s order management process.
- Has intermediate understanding of HP’s dispute management process.
- Demonstrates intermediate understanding of collection processes and core financial concepts.
- Shows intermediate influence and persuasion skills.
- Capable of data analysis using Power BI and advanced Excel.
