Key Responsibilities:
- Work across a wide range of technology areas, including Embedded C, C++, Python, Java, and Linux/Android.
- Participate in static code analysis checks to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
- Conduct unit testing using the Google Test Framework.
- Develop software programs and contribute to the development of software systems.
- Deliver challenging work across a multi-layered software stack that requires specialized skills.
- Be part of a highly dynamic, fast-paced team focused on disruptive technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C, C++, Python, and Java.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
- Working knowledge of the Linux platform.
- Basic technical understanding of software development concepts.
- Interest and foundational skills in C++, C, and Linux.
- Knowledge of Android basics is desirable.
- Willingness to learn to test software using debuggers, emulators, and simulators.
- Willingness to learn to perform software releases and software quality assurance activities.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Preference for working from the office.
- Commitment to staying updated with evolving automotive trends and best practices, with a focus on continuously improving engineering skills.
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to apply original thinking and drive continuous improvement in processes, products, systems, or services to better meet customer needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in code development, debugging, and troubleshooting is required.
- Ability to take initiative and achieve high-quality results that meet or exceed internal or external standards of excellence.
