Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain data in databases to support onboarding operations.
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and accessibility across systems.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Create and manage MIS reports to monitor onboarding delivery metrics.
- Develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present actionable data insights.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in onboarding processes.
- Apply analytical techniques to support strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with managers and leadership to understand their data and reporting needs, and deliver customized insights.
- Coordinate with various HR teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.
Automation and Optimization:
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously optimize MIS processes to enhance the speed and quality of onboarding operations.
Eligibility Criteria:

Technical and Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including the use of macros and automation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
