Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with developers and end users throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure applications meet user requirements.
- Conduct testing using various methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated approaches.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and related documentation for all assigned projects.
- Actively participate in peer reviews of test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies for resolution.
- Review, analyze, and enhance requirement specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
- Support and facilitate the execution of acceptance test scripts by end users to validate functionality and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing and executing manual test cases for complex software applications; experience with automated testing is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, department leads, and end users.
- Excellent computer proficiency across various tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, along with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working within the regulated healthcare industry is preferred.
