Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Head in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is considered an added advantage.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, client calls, and follow-ups with both existing and prospective customers.
- Support the planning, organization, and participation in sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and proposals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Demonstrated interest in sales with a strong desire to build a career in this domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
