Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PCB, Electrical, and Power Electronics Engineers on assigned projects related to PCB design and development.
- Develop and execute subsystem validation test plans by conducting thorough literature reviews within the assigned domain.
- Work closely with mentors to provide technical clarification on ongoing projects, equipment under test, or in-service platforms.
- Support the assigned project by preparing and maintaining necessary technical documentation.
- Utilize training and domain knowledge to contribute to the development of new concepts, proposal formulations, modeling, and advanced solutions for distribution network automation.
- Provide technical assistance and support to the overall project team, including commissioning and field service activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Power Electronics Engineering from a reputed college or university.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Experience in power system design and simulation is considered an added advantage.

- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams, supported by strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and techniques for measuring power converters.
- Understanding of power electronics, power distribution systems, and control mechanisms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of identifying industry best practices and integrating them effectively within team operations.
- Proficiency in French or German is considered an added advantage.
