Accountabilities:
- Develop the strategic direction for risk, incorporating the latest methodologies and best practices.
- Oversee the operations of the risk department, including performance management of team members, execution of risk objectives, and ensuring departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with risk stakeholders by identifying key internal and external stakeholders and maintaining the quality of third-party service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Risk Policy, associated standards, and frameworks, while sustaining a robust control environment.
Analyst Expectations:
- Consistently perform assigned tasks to a high standard and within prescribed timelines, while actively driving continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and Alteryx.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to derive data insights and build interactive dashboards using large and varied datasets.
- Strong automation capabilities using tools like VBA, Power Query, PowerApps, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
- Proven experience in conducting and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, business-oriented, and forward-thinking professional.
- Experience in managing and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards contributing to team goals and initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis and data processing, with a focus on automation.
- Solid understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Experience in developing solutions within Low Code / No Code platforms.
- Good understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
