Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the Axiom platform end-to-end, including workflow execution, file configurations, debugging, and resolution of solution, data, and platform issues.
- Leads and supports Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
- Administers Axiom workflows and templates by handling mapping object changes, maintaining workflow structures, and building custom reports.
- Maintains platform security by managing user groups and assigning access permissions based on entity and geographic requirements.
- Coordinates with internal and external technology teams to resolve user issues and deliver timely fixes to the platform.
- Supports software upgrades and platform enhancements to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Translates business objectives into structured business requirements and detailed functional specifications.
- Develops and maintains documentation and playbooks to enable repeatable and scalable solution delivery.
- Plans and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test cases and validating results with stakeholders.
- Assists global regulatory teams with compliance and reporting requirements, including COREP and FINREP submissions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams in Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Conducts gap analyses, identifies root causes of issues, and escalates risks appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experienced in maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations, including managing platform and solution upgrade cycles, as well as workflow orchestration.
- Skilled in designing and building custom (freeform) reports in Axiom and creating workflows for the calculation and aggregation of input data.
- Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and report validation.
- Possesses strong financial product knowledge, with a detailed understanding of trade and transaction lifecycles and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and write clear, comprehensive functional specifications.
- Experienced in regulatory reporting, particularly with EBA frameworks such as COREP and FINREP.
- Proven track record of conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing detailed test cases and collaborating with developers and business users to ensure successful implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
