Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee

  • Assist in analyzing data and performing data crunching tasks to support business operations.
  • Support the team in the execution of NYR (New Year Readiness) activities and related processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support the account creation process.
  • Collaborate with various business segments to assist in the coordination of new programs and projects.

Finance Analyst – Trainee

  • Learn to document detailed business requirements under guided supervision.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping through guided activities and assignments.
  • Provide daily support to the finance team on various operational tasks.
  • Develop proficiency in corporate data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Conduct efficient and effective data gathering to support financial analysis.
  • Present data and insights in a structured and compelling manner to aid decision-making.
  • Perform metric analysis as required to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Staffing Recruiter – Trainee

  • Learn and apply sourcing techniques to identify candidates for both tech and non-tech roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Gain experience in resume screening and shortlisting candidates that align with job requirements.
  • Develop skills to manage candidate communication and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruitment tools and trackers to organize and manage candidate data effectively.
  • Participate in organizing recruitment drives, hiring events, and candidate engagement activities.

People & Communities Representative – Trainee

  • Provide administrative support to Director(s), including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room setup and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with the extended People & Communities (P&C) team during programs, leadership visits, and other sessions.
  • Work with workplace facilities (WPR) to maintain HR workspace and environment.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the Director(s).
  • Manage relationships with benefits and technology providers (e.g., Darwin) to enhance benefits delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and vendors, maintaining issue logs (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Support the management of new SOW submissions and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and manage internal and vendor escalation models for continuous improvement.
  • Become proficient in using SharePoint for Benefits Knowledge Management.
  • Participate in APJC-wide benefits projects for broader exposure.
  • Perform additional benefit-related duties as assigned.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Trainee

  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Completed a 3-year non-engineering undergraduate degree such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or BBM.
  • Graduated in the year 2024 and possess a valid Provisional Degree Certificate.
  • Available for a 12-month full-time engagement starting from August 2025.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibit a “can-do” attitude, active engagement, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Must have enrolled as a “student” on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
