Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced NLP models and algorithms, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex NLP challenges across various domains.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate NLP model performance and enhance their accuracy and efficiency.
- Deploy NLP models into production environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and robustness.
- Analyze large-scale text datasets to uncover patterns and insights using advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
- Stay current with the latest research and technological advancements in NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI, and apply relevant findings to projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective reports and presentations.
- Mentor and support junior data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices in NLP and machine learning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for NLP models, algorithms, and associated workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate NLP solutions into products and services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the design and execution of data collection and annotation strategies aimed at improving model performance.
- Support the development of intellectual property by contributing to patents, research publications, and other scholarly outputs in NLP and AI.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), along with substantial practical experience.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models, with a focus on LLMs and agentic AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, LangGraph, and spaCy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience with transfer learning, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Understanding of agentic AI principles and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and tools, including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
- Contributions to the NLP or AI research community through publications, open-source projects, or conference presentations.
- Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), Python programming, and cloud platforms.
