Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and fellow developers to define and implement software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles in day-to-day development activities to ensure alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs while integrating with third-party services and systems.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across various development and production environments.
- Adhere to established coding standards, security protocols, and software development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, SQL, or Java, with the ability to write scripts for data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation.
- Foundational understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with data processing tools and ETL frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Apache Spark), along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data workflow issues.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and document data processes clearly.
- Preferred exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including experience with data services like AWS S3 and BigQuery.
- Preferred basic knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Kafka, or Apache Spark, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies is a plus.
