Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of onboarding and offboarding requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and execute monthly assignment extension processes.
- Handle billing rate change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist in collecting data and updates for various monthly reports and prepare rosters as required.
- Coordinate and manage external audits end-to-end on a quarterly basis.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client communication and support.
- Maintain the account-wide database, ensuring timely system updates and processing of client-side system access requests.
- Conduct in-house background checks diligently to meet client compliance requirements.
- Distribute weekly timesheets and ensure timely follow-ups as necessary.
- Support ad-hoc requests and special assignments as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and managing a high volume of requests.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willing to work night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time).
Skills:
